What is the history and origin of craniosacral therapy
History of CST

Craniosacral therapy originated from the work of Dr. William Sutherland, an osteopath, in the early 20th century. He discovered that the bones of the skull are capable of subtle movement and that this movement is essential for the proper functioning of the craniosacral system. Later, in the 1970s, Dr. John Upledger, another osteopath, further developed and refined the practice, creating the craniosacral therapy techniques used today.
