2. What is an Osteopath?

An osteopathic practitioner is a healthcare professional trained in the art and science of osteopathy. We possess an in-depth understanding of the musculoskeletal system and its crucial relationship to the body's overall health. As an osteopath, I use my hands to diagnose and treat areas of dysfunction or restriction within the body. These dysfunctions can manifest as pain, stiffness, or limitations in movement. Through gentle manipulation and mobilization techniques, we work to restore balance and improve function.
Our approach is rooted in the philosophy that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. We empower patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve optimal health and maintain it in the long run
